Ingredients :

2 lbs. Sirloin Tip Roast
1/4 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1 cup Carrots (sliced)
1 Sweet Onion (chopped)
1/2 lb Fresh Mushrooms (chopped)
1/2 cup Red Wine
1/4 cup Water
3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Sear roast (with olive oil) on all sides after coating in flour
Bake covered at 325* for 2 to 2 1/2 hours
Remove and add vegetables; bake for another 30 min
Serve with healthy salad of choice
