Ingredients :

1 Organic Rotisseri Chicken
Fresh salsa (optional)
Horseradish mustard (optional)
2 Large handfuls of fresh kale (chopped)
10 Grape tomatoes
1 Handful baby carrots or 2 chopped carrots
1 tsp pepper flakes
2 tbsp olive oil
Method:

Preheat oven to 3750
Take chicken off bone and place into a foil lined baking dish
Put chopped veggies in a baking dish and toss with olive oil
Put both dishes in the oven, bake for 10-15 min
Healthy and delicious….that’s dinner tonight!
