3 pound Grass-fed Chuck Roast
1 cup of water
1/3 cup organic Tamari (low sodium)
1/4 cup red wine
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp red pepper flakes

3 handfuls of organic kale
3 cups organic green/white cauliflower
3 tbsp olive oil
Method (Roast):

Place all items in a Crock-Pot (or slow cooker).
Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Method (Veggies):

Toss veggies with olive oil, place in a foil lined baking dish.
Cook at 375* degrees for 15 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
