Ingredients –

Ground turkey breast
Italian herbs
Chili pepper flakes
1 cup chopped green cabbage
olive oil
2 fresh tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
Fresh mushrooms
Garnish with guacamole
Fresh chopped avocado

Method –

Ground turkey breast- cut into squares- sauté in pan with Italian herbs, chili pepper flakes.
1 cup chopped green cabbage- sauté in 1 tsp p. olive oil
2 fresh tomatoes sliced sauté in 1 tsp. olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Sauté fresh mushrooms
Garnish with guacamole 3 tbs. homemade or store bought. I added one fresh chopped avocado for texture.
