Ingredients –

4-small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 – avocado
1/2 cup of salsa
2 tbs. olive oil
Salt/pepper

Method –

Cook chicken on the grill, top with sliced avocado and salsa.
Serve with sautéed Brussels Sprouts.
Sauté Brussels Sprouts in covered pan on medium heat with 1 tbs of olive oil for approximately 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
