• 1 lb. pork tenderloin
• 2 bottles of root beer
• 1 sliced onion
• Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste
Side items:
• 1 large baked potato
• sauteed spinach
Place sliced onion in the bottom of Crock-Pot or Slow Cooker, top with pork tenderloin, red pepper flakes and root beer, make sure pork is completely covered in liquid. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork shreds easily.
Serve with a small baked potato and sautéed spinach.
