Ingredients – Mixed Field Green Salad: • (7-oz.) Field Greens • 1 large tomato, sliced or cut into wedges • 1/4 cup of feta cheese • 1/4 cup olives • 3 tbs balsamic vinaigrette Honey Glazed Shrimp: • 1 1/2 lbs.. Shrimp • 1 Garlic clove (thinly chopped) • 2 tbs. Honey • 1/4 cup Lemon juice • 3 tbs Dijon mustard • 1/2 tbs Red pepper flakes-to taste Method: Salad preparation – Toss all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together. Shrimp preparation – Combine all ingredients into a large bowl (including shrimp) and mix together. Marinate shrimp for 10 minutes. Grill glazed shrimp on medium heat for 2-4 minutes or until desired firmness. Serve shrimp over mixed field green salad. Enjoy!
