Balsamic vinegar
Crushed red pepper
Sliced red onion
Sliced apple
Method –
-2 butterflied pork chops
-Marinate in rosemary, roasted garlic vinaigrette, 1 tablespoon of honey and a touch of balsamic vinegar at room temperature for 1 hour in a plastic bag.
-Transfer 3 tablespoons of marinade to bottom of baking dish with a ¼ cup of white wine and 2 large butterflied pork chops.
-Drizzle honey, crushed red pepper and sliced red onion on top of the pork chops. Slice an apple and a red onion and place on top of pork chops.
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes to one hour in a baking dish; cover with aluminum foil.
-Serve with favorite veggies and a salad.
