    In this video, Nav-Vii does 4 exercises in this workout. The first exercises are a superset of 5 sets of 12/12 – Seated Rows (wide grip)/Stiff-Leg Deadlifts (with dumbbells). The third exercise is 5 sets of 20 – Decline Sit-Ups (vertical medicine ball over head). The final exercise is 5 sets of 10 – Double Clap Tuck Jump Burpees. You must complete the workout in 25 minutes or less. If you go over 25 minutes, you must Pay the Piper. Add an additional 40 Double Clap Tuck Jump Burpees to the end of the workout.
